Mercedes Buy Out of McLaren - Deal Done?

Reports are coming out of Germany that the Mercedes Benz buy out of McLaren is done and dusted, the rumours are that Ron Dennins met with Mercedes' bosses at Hockenheim and signed over his 30% share of McLaren, with Mansour Ojjeh owning the other 30% (Mercedes already owning 40%), the report estimates the price Mercedes have paid is $400million.
In almost related news, Bernie Ecclestone believes that JPM will return to Formula 1 in the future, Ecclestone says he will miss Montoya, who hails from Colombia, because he is a 'special character'.
